Three months ago I injured my right knee. I was in constant pain and fear of losing my very active life style. Dr Frank assuaged my fears by explaining what had happened to my knee with options for recovery . He then proceeded to repair my knee. What a great job! I was comfortable doing the video Dr visit, was not hard to connect..

My 13 year old son was playing baseball and injured his right hand. I took him to the emergency room. He had x-rays and we were told that his hand was fine. I asked them to send him for a CT scan but they wouldn't do it. I took my son to Dr. Frank. My son fractured his right ring finger and pinky. Dr. Frank was very patient with him. He explained to my son that he had to keep moving his fingers. He allowed my son to ask questions and took the time to answer. Dr. Frank is the best.

The office staff was actually answering the phone when I called which was wonderful. That is a very important things for me and say a lot about how doctors care about their patients Dr. Frank was wonderful. He reviewed my x-rays, MRI and explained everything that it was going on and my options. I was not rushed and felt listening to. He is hands-on, professional, and knowledgeable. The procedure in the office was done by him right there no waiting. The brace person was ready, really helpful, too. It was a good experience, and I am grateful to have such a good doctor for my knee and my shoulder I highly recommend them
